The fully equipped kitchen is appointed with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and the dining table seats four. The master suite has two queen size beds, an ensuite bath, a Flatscreen Tv, and DVD player. The guest bedroom has a king sized with flatscreen tv and DVD player. Villas on the Gulf is on the gulf side of Pensacola Beach and is the perfect spot for your beach vacation! This 5 acre community consists of 108 condos in a low rise complex centered around a sparkling lagoon with fountain. Guests love feeding the ducks! You’ll enjoy taking a dip in the community pool, sunning on the pool deck, beach access with shower, and most of all, the beach. This complex also has an onsite laundry facility for your convenience and the Gulf of Mexico is just steps away. Make your next vacation memory at Villas on the Gulf!

The location was great and only a short walk through the complex to get on the beach. The unit was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Did notice that the tile floors seemed to accumulate a lot of sand/dirt. We have stayed on the beach and understand some sand will always find it's way in, but this seemed to be more than normal. Though overall enjoyed our stay.

This place has potential for 5 star rating. Beach access, nice place with reponsive management. But, not as clean as I like to feel comfortable. Seems like it hadnt been stayed in for a while. The sofa is trash, looks ok, but it feels like sitting on boards. This was a problem

The condo is in a great location with a quick walk to the beach. The condo was a little outdated and the air conditioner broke while we were they. The maintenance crew attempted to fix it during our stay, but we ended up leaving a night early.

The location was excellent. There was a terrible smell and the floors were nasty. Living room furniture needs to be replaced. Called property management about the floors and they were very polite and said they would send someone out. No one ever showed up. The sink had leftover food in it. We sprayed febreze and disinfectant spray everyday trying to get the smell out. The place would be nice with a deep clean and updated furniture.
