Welcome to Camden’s Cabana, a spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse in the gated, Gulf-front community of Regency Cabanas. With easy beach access, three king bedrooms, garage parking and room for up to 10 guests, it’s a great fit for extended winter stays as well as family beach getaways.
WINTER AT CAMDEN’S CABANA
Trade cold weather for a quieter season on Pensacola Beach. Our townhouse gives you the space and conveniences to settle in for several weeks or a few months, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and private garage. Three king bedrooms mean couples have plenty of room while still having space for children, grandchildren or friends to visit.
Cowley Park is about a mile away and offers pickleball and tennis courts, a walking track, basketball court and playground. You’re also just a few miles from the restaurants, shops and attractions around the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk while staying on a quieter stretch of the island.
THE HOME
The main living area overlooks one of Regency Cabanas’ two community pools and a peaceful pond where you’ll often see ducks and turtles. Step onto the private covered deck and the pool is just a few steps away.
The kitchen features quartz countertops, a breakfast bar and everything you need to cook at home, including a slow cooker, gas grill and dual-purpose Keurig.
We also put extra thought into the beds. No cheap rental mattresses here!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Primary Bedroom: King Serta iComfort mattress, daybed with trundle and private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King Serta iComfort mattress plus Pack ’n Play.
Bedroom 3: King high-quality hybrid mattress with a firmer feel.
Bedroom 4, Downstairs: Twin bunk beds with memory foam mattresses.
BEACH & COMMUNITY
Regency Cabanas is a low-density, gated Gulf-front community with two swimming pools, green space and direct beach access. You can reach Pensacola Beach’s sugar-white sand without crossing a busy road.
Recent 2026 updates include new LVP flooring throughout the main level and upstairs bathrooms, fresh interior paint and a new guest bathtub.
GOOD TO KNOW
Parking: Private garage plus driveway parking for two vehicles. Additional first-come, first-served parking is available nearby within the complex.
Primary renter must be 25 or older. No smoking. No pets.
Exterior cameras monitor the parking area and back stairs.

Loved our stay at this condo! It accommodated our family comfortably. We had access to the beach, 2 swimming pools, free trolley, and a small grocery store across the street…very convenient! Everything was perfect! . Would definitely recommend!

Nice stay. Comfortable beds. Very convenient for what we needed. A/C was awesome. The beach chairs were a plus.

This house is great if you are wanting a close stay right near the beach and want a pool. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk. However, there was not enough blankets for our group of 5, the toilets need some adjusting and it would have been nice to have a high chair that we could have used for our 7 month old daughter. We used the washer and dryer which was very handy to have. The beds are really hard, I liked that, my husband did not. Overall it's a nice place but a bit expensive for what you are getting.
