About this apartment rental

Newly created Carriage house with separate, private entrance off our main house.. Luxurious king size bed with Egyptian cotton bedding. Studio perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave/ convection oven. All you could ever want in your cozy home away from home. Enjoy the beautiful, private backyard and deck that extends out into the marsh surrounded by active egrits and herons. Studio is completely private and sound proof. Full bathroom.

One small dog fully trained pet is permitted, but you must contact me prior to booking about your pet. No furniture and must be on flea and tick medicine. There is a $20 pet fee per stay

Our hosts were so attentive and kind. We were welcomed with muffins and a very clean, cozy well stocked little nest. The bed was super comfy. This was in a quiet residential area which was ideal. The listing could use some updates but overall an excellent stay!!!
