The condo features a split-level floor plan with upstairs bedrooms and an open, main floor layout designed for group gatherings. The interior comes fully renovated throughout with updated design, such as the new sofabed, and fixtures for modern guest comfort. Showcasing an ocean-blue motif, the kitchen comes fully equipped with a suite of stainless steel appliances (with dishwasher) for easy at-home meal planning. Family meals can be enjoyed together at the adjacent dining table. Enjoy casual downtime and evening entertainment in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer.

This property was perfect for our needs during our stay. We visited the area for 2 nights and needed to be close to both Tybee Island and downtown Savannah. This home was conveniently located between both areas. It is on a main road, so there is a little road noise, and the occasional dog barking, but otherwise a quiet neighborhood. Nice decor and comfortable beds. Very clean. It is an older unit, so there is some wear and tear on some of the fixtures and walls, but overall very cute and comfortable. Property managers did a great job of communicating and alerting us of events in the area that could affect parking or sightseeing.

We recently stayed at this nicely updated ground-floor condo on Wilmington Island, and it exceeded all our expectations! The space is well-furnished with modern decor and comfortable amenities, making us feel right at home. The highlight was the charming patio, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Situated just a short drive from Savannah, this location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the area's rich history and vibrant culture. Easy access to various low-country activities makes it a fantastic base for outdoor adventures and local attractions.
We highly recommend this condo for anyone with kids and pets looking for a cozy getaway close to the beautiful sights of Savannah!

All bedrooms were on 2nd floor and we don't do stairs well. This need to be shared with future renters. The TV didn't work upstairs and we were told to reboot the router, not sure where the router was, couldn't find one, never watched TV in bedroom. The Freezer ice bucket was frozen, you couldn't get ice through the door and you couldn't retrieve out of the bucket, if you don't already have, then get some ice before you arrive. The cleaning staff was nice and friendly. It's on a busy road too and not very quiet. Outside lights in the stay on all night and without curtains on the bedrooms it's hard to sleep. Dogs barking kept some of my family awake too. Some on the towel hangers and handles on the furniture came off or were about to come off.
It's close enough to the beach that it was an okay stay.
