Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located at the tip of Wilmington Island, experience stunning views of the Wilmington River from the upstairs loft apartment and from the included expansive Bluff, private property.
Enjoy Savannah from a prime Wilmington Island location. Take an island time-out, couples getaway, or make it a solo staycation. This cute, Garage apartment offers a private entrance and includes free parking.
Guests will enjoy a spacious loft-style apartment with a living, kitchen, and dining area. Rest well on the plush King size bed in the bedroom, with a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. The kitchen is nicely equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, and a convenient coffee bar - with both drip and Keurig coffee makers. (no dishwasher in the kitchen).
The living area includes a comfortable sofa, a loveseat, and a desk for remote working. (Occupancy is limited to up to 2 adults). A 43 Inch Smart-TV is available to stream your favorite content. The show stopper is the gorgeous views from the large windows facing the river.
The outdoor space includes a beautiful backyard with gorgeous views of the river. Outdoor relaxation is available inside the screen enclosure with ceiling fans - perfect for an afternoon siesta. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit and watch the amazing sunsets over the Wilmington River.
The home is in a private residential area, and the property owner lives on the property. The loft is a carriage-house-style garage apartment. Neighbors are welcoming but expect the utmost respect when sharing the space. Guests may not use neighboring driveways or docks or may not trespass beyond the property lines. This is a best-kept secret for those seeking a quiet, peaceful getaway from the noise of the city. Noise will not be allowed during the day or night. No additional guests are allowed beyond the occupants. There is no washer/dryer available.

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our short weekend trip for Mother's Day. We enjoyed the views of the water, the beautiful oak trees and Spanish moss, but mostly the tranquil setting. The unit was stocked with everything we needed and we will definitely plan another visit in the future. Anne, thank you for sharing such a wonderful space for others to enjoy. We also enjoyed reading about the history of your family and the home.

This is a beautiful little jewel of an apartment on Wilmington Island. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and we absolutely recommend it. Couldn’t have been happier for price, value and location. Will definitely book it again since we go to Savannah four or five times per year.

Clean, well-decorated, well air conditioned, king bed, looked like the apartment stays in perfect condition. Easy access, no key to take care of, can walk 100 yards to the river if desired, location is off a quiet street, no noise or distractions. Would stay there again.
