Step inside our beautifully decorated home, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each of the three bedrooms is designed with comfort in mind, offering cozy bedding, ample storage, and a tranquil ambiance to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The two modern bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, to help you unwind after a day of exploring Savannah or visiting Tybee Island.
Outdoor Space:
Step outside to discover your private oasis. The beautifully landscaped backyard and patio area are perfect for enjoying Savannah’s pleasant weather. Relax on comfortable outdoor furniture, fire up the BBQ grill for an al fresco dining experience, or simply enjoy the serene surroundings. The outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, providing the perfect backdrop for making lasting memories.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in, ensuring a seamless arrival experience. The home offers ample parking space, accommodating multiple vehicles with ease.

Located in the serene Wilmington Island neighborhood, our home provides a peaceful retreat while still being close to all that Savannah has to offer. Just a short drive away, you’ll find Savannah’s historic downtown, known for its cobblestone streets, stunning architecture, and vibrant cultural scene. Explore the city’s numerous parks, museums, and historic sites, or indulge in the diverse culinary offerings ranging from traditional Southern cuisine to contemporary dining.
For those seeking sun and sand, Tybee Island’s beautiful beaches are also within easy reach. Spend your days soaking up the sun, swimming in the ocean, or exploring the island’s charming shops and eateries.
Getting Around:
While a car is recommended to fully explore the area, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Enjoy easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it convenient to experience all that Savannah and Wilmington Island have to offer.
CREDIT CARD FEES. Any credit card fees charged by credit card companies in connection with payments made for the booking, including transaction fees or service charges, are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or modifications.
Parking: Three vehicles in the driveway and one vehicle in the street.
This is a smoke-free home, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the premises. A $200 fine will be charged if any smoke odor is detected after check-out.
Please do not disconnect the router or internet connection. If disconnection is detected, we will make a trip to reconnect it at a $75 trip fee.

The clean, nice home is a close drive to the Savannah main street. The host is responsive to questions. There were many kitchen utensils for quick, simple meals; as well as full meals if you like to cook on vacation. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The living room is spacious. The backyard is perfect for our dog.

Nice location, decent yard for our dog. Clean. Coffee pot (not Keurig), as well as a bit of coffee supplied. No TV in any other rooms other than the living room. Back porch/separate living area roof leaked quite dramatically, rendering the entire area useless & soaked. Definitely not the first time it happened. Host offered to come “clean the gutters”, but we couldn’t rearrange our schedule to accommodate.

House was clean other than the hall bathroom. Needs some outside repair to side of house .. Neighbor not the best .. I did enjoy my stay and it worked for me because my daughter lives about 5 minutes from the home ..Will probably stay again .. By the way it would be nice if there was a tv in the master bedroom.
