Summary:
Dog friendly three bedroom cottage on Wilmington Island, about 15 minutes by car from both the Tybee Island beaches and downtown Savannah. Sleeps 8.
One king bed in the downstairs suite, two queen beds upstairs, and one king bed upstairs, two full bathrooms, a fully fenced backyard and driveway parking for three cars.
Self check-in, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, wifi, and TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Two dogs up to 30 pounds are welcome (see the pet rules below), $50 per dog, per day.
The Space:
Ground floor: The front door opens to an entry with the stairs. The open living room has a sofa, a TV, a decorative brick fireplace and a vaulted ceiling over 10 feet high in the living and dining areas. The dining room table seats six, with two more seats at the kitchen breakfast bar, and a glass door leads out to the backyard. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses and a baking sheet.
The downstairs master suite has a king bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with two separate sinks and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. No stairs are needed to reach it.
Upstairs (15 steps): Two bedrooms sit on either side of the top landing. One has a king bed and a TV. The other has two queen beds and a TV. The second full bathroom is upstairs.
Sleeping: 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, for up to 8 guests. 2 full bathrooms. A high chair and board games are on hand.
Outside: A fully fenced backyard with a lawn and a concrete patio pad. The driveway fits three cars. The garage is not available for guest use.

You have the whole house, the fenced backyard and the driveway. Please do not park on the street or the grass.
Check-in is self check-in with a smart lock, from 4pm. Your code and step by step instructions are sent through the app by 3pm on your arrival day, so please read the check-in guide before you arrive. Check-out is by 11am.
The Neighborhood:
The cottage is in the Pointe North neighborhood on Wilmington Island, a quiet residential area. Tybee Island's beaches and downtown Savannah are each about 15 minutes away by car.
A Kroger grocery store is about five minutes from the house, and there are convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants and a Walmart nearby. The neighborhood is close to the highway, but you will barely hear road noise.
Neighbors live on either side of the home, so please keep noise low and keep to the speed limits and quiet hours.
Getting Around:
You will need a car or a rideshare. The roads here have no sidewalks, so shops and restaurants are not within walking distance, but the quiet side streets are fine for a morning stroll. Uber and Lyft are easy options to Tybee Island and downtown.
Parking is in the driveway, with room for three cars. Please do not park on the street or the grass.
In an emergency, there is a 24 hour urgent care in Whitemarsh, a 6 minute drive. The Chatham County Police Precinct is about 2.5 miles away and the closest fire station is 1.5 miles away.
Other Things to Note:
Stairs: The two upstairs bedrooms are up 15 steps. The downstairs king bedroom and its ensuite bathroom need no stairs.
House rules in short: no smoking (outside only, in designated spots), no parties or events without clearing it with us first, quiet hours 8pm to 8am, no shoes inside, and only the guests on the booking may stay. The primary guest must be 21 or older. Before arrival we ask every guest to complete a check-in form and an identity check. You may choose a $1 refundable security deposit or a $50 non-refundable waiver.
Dogs: Two hypoallergenic dogs up to 30 pounds are welcome, $50 per dog, per day. Please list your dog on the booking, keep dogs off the furniture and beds, crate them if you leave them alone, leash them on neighborhood walks and pick up after them. No cats or other animals. Service animals are welcome under ADA rules.
Thermostat: during your stay, please keep it between 70 and 74 degrees. Exterior cameras cover the front door and the backyard only. We're happy to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
The home is stocked with starter supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent, enough for about 3 days.

Check in and check out were very easy. Location was convenient to both the coast and downtown Savannah. Quiet neighborhood and clean. Made some minor suggestions (curtains or blinds in the upstairs bathroom, adding plastic shower curtain liners as the fabric soaked through to the bathroom floors, and checking the dryer as it wasn't drying properly for us).
