Welcome to this charming light blue, coastal-style cottage! A short flight of stairs leads to the spacious front porch and entry. Inside, the open-concept living area features a large flat-screen Roku Smart TV, two sofa beds, and an accent chair, creating a comfortable space to relax and spend time together.
Kitchen & Dining Areas
The kitchen and dining areas flow seamlessly from the living room, making it easy for everyone to gather. The fully equipped kitchen includes an eat-in table for four with views of the pond. The main dining table seats six and opens onto the expansive back deck, offering a lovely setting for morning coffee or bird watching.
First-Floor Bedrooms & Bathroom
The first floor features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the second has two twin beds with white tufted comforters and blue accents.
Primary Suite
Upstairs, the private primary suite offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, providing a quiet retreat away from the main living areas.

The house is older and needs some TLC but overall was clean and functional. Our main issue was it was cold. We turned the thermostat up, not by a lot, but enough to keep the kids and pets warm, and we were all still cold. Not sure if there's not enough insulation or what. They were super great at communicating and resolving an issue. There was a portion of fencing missing and our dogs could (and did) escape through it. They immediately had someone come and repair the fence and we genuinely appreciate their prompt and helpful response.

Cute little house with a great deck and front porch swing (too bad it rained all but two days we were there). The house is perfectly located between Savannah and Tybee Island, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

the house is not in great shape. It is need of updating and restocking of the kitchen. Issues with WiFi that were not resolved. Downstairs toilet running all the time.Patriot Homes were responsive but unable to resolve issues with WiFi and not worth them coming out to clean or fix toilet during our stay.Beds were comfortable.
