Beautiful three-bedroom two bath home located at 4056 Asbury Ave. in Ocean City, New Jersey. This home was built in 2015 and is the FIRST floor unit. Comfortably sleeps eight with four full beds and one queen size sofa bed in the living room. Home has tile flooring in the kitchen/dining/living areas, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, quartz counters, tiled baths, central AC throughout, wireless internet, and tv's in the master bedroom and the living room. Dining table for six plus an island for stand-up dining. Garage parking for one car and driveway parking for another. Storage for chairs and beach paraphernalia is also available. It also has a large front porch as well as a small rear deck. There is an enclosed outside shower.Three beach tags are provided. Tenants must provide linens and towels. Ocean City is a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected during the summer season and there are dedicated surfing beaches. In addition to the 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is also the Bay Front area for water sports, fishing charters, boat rentals and a Downtown shopping district with unique stores, and restaurants.

Mr. Keating and his son were very welcoming, and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Gracious host and ideal location in one of our favorite towns.

Martin and Dan were very attentive to our group. The house is clean, and comfortable. It's a short walk to beach, breakfast and ice cream spot. The playground is only 6 blocks away.
