Beautiful 3-bedroom 2 full bath, south end condo within 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. House is fully stocked and ready for you to have a great time. Beautiful views of the sunset and a great place to just unwind and relax.Bedroom with double beds can also be switched out to accommodate bunk beds. Also willing to rent monthly from November 1st to April 30th.

Awesome location. The sunset from the balcony were amazing. The condo was very clean with ample space for everyone in our group of 6. Highly recommended.

The condo was very lovely, comfortable and clean. A very short walk to the beach..which was not jammed with tons of people. Paul was easy to get in touch with for any questions and very timely. Wonderful stay!!!

We had a great time at Paul's place. It worked for what my family was looking for regarding location. The condo was clean and taken care of. Our son loved staying in the "kids room" and the basketball net was a huge hit. The living room faces the marsh which was so nice to look at day and night. The neighbors above and next door are very nice and we're accommodating to our little one using the stairs and walking around the complex. The only thing we would change would be that the closets in all three bedrooms were quite packed with stuff so we could barely hang up anything or store our suitcases and other things away for the week but other than that our vacation was great! Would definitely stay at Paul's place again.

We had a great stay in OC! The owner is responsive, friendly and helpful! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and our kids loved the bunk bed in one of the rooms. Beautiful views of sunset on the bay from the screened in porch. The walk to the beach or ice cream at Aunt Betty’s was only a few blocks. Sometimes crossing West street was tricky depending on traffic but otherwise very walkable. Enjoyable stay and great owners to work with! A great rental!
