About this apartment rental
This home was built in October 2016. It is a 4 bedroom and two and half bath unit.
It is located on Asbury Ave and 47th street. It is a 2nd floor unit and is 1.5 blocks to the beach. It is a great location and in a very quiet part of the island. It is a beautifully finished home with an enclosed outdoor shower, garage, great view from the rooftop deck to the ocean and bay, 2 balconies (off of the living room and master bedroom), 2 TVs, Wi-Fi and washer/dryer. This unit is furnished with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
There are many activities in and around Ocean City including the famous boardwalk, short drive to Atlantic City for great shows and food. Additionally, it is a short drive to other southern beaches such as Sea Isle, Avalon, Stone Harbor and Cape May!

The house is 2 blocks from the beach and a short drive from the boardwalk. The check in process was super easy and Brad was very responsive. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation.

We just got back from a week here and we had a blast. House was clean and is located a very short walk to a gigantic beach which was basically empty. The house had beach chairs and a cart for use in the garage, outdoor shower and a hose right there to clean off before going inside with sand. Kitchen was spacious and had many pots to cook. The outdoor covered deck with the BBQ was our most used outdoor space. We only got one good sunset from the rooftop but it was pretty. The other days it happened to rain at sunset or we were busy but a nice bonus. You can park in the garage, driveway or plenty of parking in front of the house as well. I would definitely stay here again and any questions or concerns before or during the trip the owner got back to me within minutes.

This beach house is perfect for a family vacation. It is a very short walk to the beach and the owners let you use the beach chairs and supplies in the garage (including a beach cart and toys if you have little ones). It's a drive or bike ride to the boardwalk, but that makes both the neighborhood and beach quieter. There are two off-street parking spaces (one in the garage) and plenty of on-street parking. The owner, Brad is the best owner of any rental property I have stayed at. He responds quickly to any questions and is extremely helpful. The house is beautiful, and well stocked with anything you might need. Don't forget to go up to the upper deck for sunset, you can see the sun right over the marsh!
