This LIGHT and BRIGHT 6 Bedroom, 4 bathroom upside down beachfront town house is perfect for your next family vacation. This property features large open kitchen (modern stainless steel appliances), dining area, and family room with ocean views. Multiple decks for sunning, reading, or just relaxing. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk, downtown shopping, and panoramic views (you can see Atlantic City) make this an ideal vacation proerty. Ground level patio leads directly to beach. No High School Senior Weeks or Prom Weekends.
Layout of these 3 levels is;
-Top Level consists of Kitchen, Dining Area, and Living Area all with ocean views.
-Bedroom 1 with Queen bed, private balcony, and tv
-Full bath
- Level two consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths
- Bedroom 2 (Master Bedroom) with King Size Bed with adjoining full bath, and tv
- Bedroom 3 with Full size bed, and tv
- Bedroom 4 with 2 twin beds (unbunked), and tv
- Bedroom 5 with bunk beds (with trundle sleeps 3), and tv
- 1 portable twin size folding beds with mattresses

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Just spent a few days with dear old friends and can’t say enough good things about this place. Starting with the ocean front view! The main floor/ open living space/ kitchen has a wall that is all windows and relaxing with friends, taking in that VIEW every day is something I will always remember; just beautiful!
Of course everything else was perfect, too. My bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (including the VIEW!), and there were plenty of bathrooms for my group of ladies. Furniture and decor was all fresh and up to date. We will DEFINITELY gather here again, and I can’t wait!

Very nice property that is well maintained. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views of the ocean and beach. There was a door between the rental units that did not lock from our side and which allowed noise through, especially to 1st floor BRs. Overall, a great week in a really nice beach house.

This house was perfect for our family getaway. Great location, lots of updates throught, and an amazing view. My only complaint is that the listing doesn’t make it clear that the ground level bedroom/bathroom is completely cut off from the rest of the house.

We loved every minute of this place! Kitchen area was great with two dining tables - lots of convenient usable space. We absolutely loved the beverage fridge with the two drawers. A lot of space for 4 families to reside and have space for themselves which is a huge plus in OCNJ!We rented at tail end of summer so we did experience some wear and tear in a few places such as the washoff hose on ground floor leaking badly; no propane for the grill, (spare tank was empty), and the Ice Maker in the main freezer struggling to produce.Additional plus for the additional fridge and freezer in the garage as well as all the great beach gear such as toys for the kids and chairs for the adults!Would definitely rent again!
