This LIGHT and BRIGHT 6 Bedroom, 4 bathroom upside down beachfront town house is perfect for your next family vacation. This property features large open kitchen (modern stainless steel appliances), dining area, and family room with ocean views. Multiple decks for sunning, reading, or just relaxing. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk, downtown shopping, and panoramic views (you can see Atlantic City) make this an ideal vacation property. Ground level patio leads directly to beach. No High School Senior Weeks or Prom Weekends.

-Top Level consists of Kitchen, Dining Area, and Living Area all with ocean views.
-Bedroom 1 with Queen bed, balcony, and tv

This property was one of the best VRBO houses we've ever stayed in (and my family and I stay in a lot)! The owner was super friendly and helpful when we had questions. Will definitely stay here in the future!

We stayed in half of this oceanfront duplex. Perfect for our stay. Huge upstairs space with a big view of the ocean, plenty of seating and a nice deck. Not the fanciest house, but it was really just what we needed. Gas grill and smoker were nice to have. There was a pack & play in the master bedroom closet which was great - much more space in our car since we didn't have to bring our own!
Not having sheets or towels was a bit of a pain, but we managed. Just keep this in mind if you book the place. Also know that you will have another family / group staying in the other half of the duplex and you will probably interact a little bit since the decks are connected. Not a big deal for us since they were nice people.
The owner communicated well.

Location is greatUnit had chemical smell that I could not identify. It was concerning. Party from adjacent duplex unit actually called fire company and they identified creosote. They said levels were not dangerous. They were familiar with this house. The older places used creosote on the pilings that supported the houses. If you are used to this it might be a normal beach smell to you. We were not used to it and it caused some to have headaches.I expressed my concern to the owner.I offered to pay for someone to look at it (before neighbor had fire co-good idea). Owner did offer full refund if we vacated the property in one hour . Easier said than done with party of ten including kids at 5 o’clock on a SaturdayNeither I nor party in adjacent unit would rent again
