Terra Mar Island is perfect for everyone! The home is also near main attractions such as art galleries, museums, and shopping malls. This is also a great place to take quiet walks after dinner.
Terra Mar Island homes offer access to a Private Beach Club for a small access key fee. The entrance is situated within walking distance from the home. There is also private parking that is limited to the homes that offer the private beach access. This is a wonderful feature!

The Master Bedroom has 1 king size bed overlooking the pool, private bathroom with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin size beds. The 3rd bedroom is overlooking the pool and has 1 queen bed and 1 twin (plus trundle) bed. Shared bathroom with walk-in shower.

The outdoor area at Casa Terra Mar is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. This backyard is cozy with heated pool, quiet and functional. Sit back and relax, the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
$50 cash payment required to get access to the beach access fob. Payable to the management company upon arrival.
