Intracoastal 🌴 Waterfront Pool Home, Walk to Beach, Heated Pool, Sit on Dock

Check in was a breeze and the host, Farrell was extremely quick to respond to questions and requests. Greatly appreciated ability to check in a couple of hours early. Loved that the home was bright and not cluttered. Pool was clean and well maintained. Only drawback for the pool--had no wading area (important if you have young ones). Linens, bedding and towels all in good shapre and plentiful. Good sized garage with all the beach and pool toys you might need. Sadly the ice maker was on the fritz (although we were told that parts were on order). Location was excellent with easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Bel Air is a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely visit again.

Farrell was an excellent host. We loved every aspect of the property and especially enjoyed all outdoor areas. Quiet and peaceful and situated in a private waterfront community yet near everything. Relaxing in the adirondack chairs right on the intercoastal every morning, afternoon and evening was extra special. The property was very comfortable and can be summed up in one word ... tranquil. Thank you Farrell for a great stay. Looking forward to a longer stay soon.

We had a great 3 weeks. The house was right on the canal. Very nice private pool. Well stocked and beautiful. We really felt lucky to have found it. We will miss it!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the amenities included at this spacious house. The beach is a short walk away and we were able to walk to many restaurants also. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. The patio furniture was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred if the pool had a hand railing by the steps.
