About this apartment rental
A spacious and bright apartment (70sqm) on the ground floor with two terraces. Here you will always find a sunny spot from which you can look out into the vineyards or the garden. Of course we have already chilled a bottle of wine for you. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers, with parquet floors and high quality furnishings. A bedroom with a single bed (1x2m), a living room with a large double bed (2x2m), living area, TV, WiFi. Access to the terrace with a view of the garden and the vineyards. All beds have oversized allergy-free bedding.
Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, etc. Access to the second terrace.
Bathroom with large shower, hair dryer is available. WC extra.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
For toddlers we provide a travel cot with bed linen and a high chair.
A parking space is available on the property.
If you come by bike, you can store it in an extra room in the apartment.
Winningen is located on the beautiful terrace Moselle just 5 minutes from the A 61. Koblenz can be reached in 15 minutes. There is also a good rail connection to Koblenz, Bonn, Trier and Frankfurt.
Winningen is one of the most beautiful villages in Germany. Our Moselle Festival is the oldest wine festival in Germany.
Our house is located above the old town center with bakeries, restaurants and numerous winegrowers. From here you can go for lovely walks and hikes in the vineyards.
Many sights can be reached after a short train / car ride. Z. B. Deutsches Eck in Koblenz, Burg Eltz, Nürburgring, the highest cold water geyser on earth in Andernach ......

"Very clean and spacious appartment.
Very nice hosts. A bottle of wine in the fridge was a nice surprise. Also a good big flatscreen TV is present. Overall a very well equipped appartment!"
