Very clean and modern. The decorations and bathroom were extremely nice. The complimentary water qas also appreciated!

The room got a bit stuffy during the stay and had to open the window to cool it down. This lead to there being excess noise coming from outside. It was very minor, but a fan would be nice

Super für eine Zwischenübernachtung oder ein Wochenende in der Stadt Koblenz

Das Appartement gehört dem Inhaber einer nahegelegenen Pizzeria, für die man als Gast auch einen Preisnachlass erhält. Daher hat man immer einen Ansprechpartner, falls dies notwendig sein sollte. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über eine Schlüsselbox, deren Code man vorher vom Besitzer per Nachricht erhält. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz. Es ist ein schönes Boxspring-Himmelbett und ein Schlafsofa vorhanden. Kochnische und Bad sind zweckmäßig und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr sauber und modern gestaltet. Hieran gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Wir buchen diese Wohnung gerne wieder, wenn wir z.B. auf dem Weg in die Niederlande für eine Nacht Zwischenstation machen möchten.

Bei der Ankunft herrschte im Kühlschrank "Überschwemmung". Wahrscheinlich war dieser vorher ausgeschaltet und deshalb komplett abgetaut, so dass es große Wasserpfützen gab. Zuerst dachte ich, unser Schlüssel würde nicht passen, weil sich dieser nicht vollständig im Schloss drehen lassen wollte. Erst nach einer Weile fanden wir heraus, dass man an der Tür ziehen muss wie der sprichwörtliche Ochse, während man den Schlüssel dreht, um die Tür zu öffnen. Wir kamen erst spät an und sahen im Halbdunkel den verblichenen Zettel nicht, auf dem "ziehen" an der Tür stand. Dies scheint also schon ein länger anhaltendes Problem zu sein. Dies beeinträchtigt natürlich den ersten Eindruck und hat bei uns eine kleine Panik ausgelöst. Vielleicht könnte hier ein gutes Sprühöl oder evtl. eine neue Türdichtung Abhilfe schaffen.

Doskonale przygotowane informacje dla gości. Czysto, super wyposażenie, nawet pralka. Dobra komunikacja do centrum.miasta, a jednocześnie blisko rzeki i szlaku rowerowego. W pobliżu piekarnia i Aldi.

Dla nas było nieco wąskie łóżko. Ale może to kwestia przyzwyczajenia.

Všechno bylo pěkně a uklizené

Velmi dobrá komunikace s panem majitelem. Poslal předem informace na check in. Pěkný a čistý byt. Dobrá lokalita. Apartmán byl uklizen. Veškeré potřebné vybavení bylo na místě.

Plíseň na silikonu ve sprchovém koutu, to by již chtělo opravit a nechat vyčistit spáry.

Der Aufenthalt war entspannend und haben viele neue Eindrücke gesammelt

Waren Selbstversorger. Die vorhandenen Geräte waren in Ordnung. Der Stellplatz im Hof war super. Die Anbindung mit den Öffentlichen zur Stadt war sehr gut und haben ihn reichlich benutzt.
