Excellent location! Quaint older building with antique furniture. Apartment had a bit of a musty smell. Property manager never responded to our message with questions regarding use of the coffee maker, washer, dryer & an every 30 second beeping in the apartment. Luckily we were able to contact someone via the emergency phone number regarding the beeping sound & he was able to troubleshoot with us over the phone & discovered that the beeping was coming from the stove (Ro was very patient & demonstrated excellent customer service skills). Property Management required that we take photos of everything at checkin & checkout, but we weren't able to upload pics on their website (frustrating) - they never responded to our message about this either. Instruction manuals for some of the appliances either didnt match the model in the unit or was missing. Even though communication was not the best, we enjoyed our stay in Lisbon.

The property was charming and well appointed. Most historical sites were walking distance. Seberal restaurants and small grocery stores right on our street. The downside was it was very noisy for us since we're older and have an early bedtime. An ideal property for younger folks who like to be in the middle of everything!
