Apartamento muy céntrico, incluso hasta demasiado, porque el ruido era constante.
Necesita una actualización, así como mejorar el tema calefacción, dado que solo dispone de 2 estufas para todo el piso (6 estancias). Tuvimos algunas incidencias, pero las solventaron casi todas.

La posizione, mi ha offerto dei dolci a seguito di danno della corrente al caricabatterie
La casa non era pulita, i cuscini perdevano l'interno, le mattonelle in cucina tutte rotte, le prese di corrente staccate dal muro o unite dallo scotch < mi ha preso fuoco il caricabatterie>, I bagni con lavello e water che si muovevano. Maniglia doccia che si stacca. In sostanza richiede molta manutenzione. La seconda camera non ha finestra ma si affaccia sull'altra camera.
