We had a fantastic stay, very clean: the entire property. Management was great. Nothing negative to say about the appartment. The beach is a 3 minute walk, and we saw manatees daily near the dock. I reccomend this place to everyone!

First of all, it’s located in a great area with the short beach walk. But there were some things the unit owner needs to be aware of-1. Worn pillows, chipping paint on barstools. And other areas, just a bit shabby, the primary bath in particular. The tile floor was very dirty. 2. Socket in kitchen by sink does not work. 3. Hair dryer in Primary bath did not work. Not sure if it was also the socket not working. 4. Check kitchen supplies! No can opener(bought one and left it there) no peeler, and there were 5 plates, 5 salad plates, and only one bowl?5. No wine glasses. Again, I bought 2 at the dollar store and left them there. 6. Salt and pepper would be nice.7. Pots and pans were VERY old. 8. Sheets in primary are worn out and pilling. 9. Living room could use one more chair. Even with the cooler weather we enjoyed our stay, and the primary bed was comfortable.
