The small flat, modern and refined, is located in an historical palace (Palazzo Ottoboni) at 3rd floor (with large elevator).
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people together in the two rooms: a large entrance room (with kitchen corner and bunk beds) and a large living room (with a comfortable sofa bed). On request it is possible to have an extra bed in the living room.
The flat is furnished with full kitchen and bathroom with shower and is not lacking all amenities necessary for relaxing after an intense day; Air conditioning, TV, satellite, DVD, WI-FI internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and all kitchenware needed to prepare meals that can be enjoyed within the antique walls of an apartment where modernism and history combine harmoniously.
The wide entrance with ceilings to 4,30 mt. has special bunk beds and a big closet.
The bath, with a great shower, is chic and essential with Vietri's maiolica that cover all the walls.
An Extra Bed and/or portable cot can be request on reservation.

Good size apartment, very centrally located. One can walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Vatican. No need to get the red bus.

The location is fantastic for walking to local downtown sites. However, the flat lacks any comfortable furniture. The bed is horrible, my wife and I were constantly sinking in the middle of the fold out bed. The chairs are terrible. There is no place to relax. The windows and shutters only open a few inches due to scaffolding blocking them. You cannot see out them. I would not recommend this place until the furniture is upgraded.
