The location is amazing!!! 30 sec from Spanish steps and everything was quite near.
I believe that they should invest in some better bed and mattress.

It' a nice place. Location is great, near of many tourist sites. Everything is walking distance.
You must lift up your lugages by stairs.

Location was perfect and the flat bright and clean.
- mattress were poor and idem for the sofa - Bathroom : it is old and some parts were decayed. The toilet seat is too small for the toilet: really not practical. - kitchen is far from the dining room - of notice : flat is on the 4th floor without lift (not an issue for us but might be one for some persons).
