Residenza Frattina

Great location and very responsive staff.

We stayed here as a family of three (child is a teenager). The location was excellent for shops, restaurants and sightseeing. It was just a short walk from the Trevi fountain, piazza navona and Pantheon. The apartment was cleaned daily and fresh towels were also provided daily. The bottled water, coffee and croissants were a really lovely touch and much appreciated. We would stay here again when visiting Rome and definitely recommend. The only thing to note with the location is that the street is quite noisy at night. We didn’t mind this though as the location and quality of the apartment was excellent.

The property is in a great location with a ton of sites within a 10 minutes walking radius. The property is very professionally run. The daily housekeeping is wonderful, it is nice to come back to a clean room. The onsite housekeeping staff was always very cordial and helpful. The Nespresso machine is a wonderful touch, a tasty cup of coffee to start the day, and they refill all the snacks everyday!

I loved this hotel room. It was in an amazing central location with all major sites walkable. The building is traditional Italian and our quadruple room was very spacious for the four of us. The shutters and air-conditioning was a very welcome relief in the 41 degree heat. It also had a fridge to keep water cool and a coffee machine for the morning, with an array of snacks. The shower was large and easy to use. There isn’t a receptionist to book you in but they send you clear instructions on how to enter the property and then there are clear instructions on using the telephone to let them know you are there, within a minute somebody had come to show us to our room. We also had a problem with our safe running out of battery, we phoned for help and again, within minutes somebody was there to fix it. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed daily. If I was coming back to Rome, I would definitely stay here.
