Cosy ground floor apartment located in a quiet residential area with only 5 apartments and only 50 meters away from the beach with direct access to it. In addition to a bright living room with direct access to the terrace, the property has two bedrooms, 1 double bed (150 cm) and 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a charming terrace of 20 m2 and a private garden of 80m2 with artificial turf, clothes rack and a gas barbecue. Wifi and parking next to the house.

Close to beach and all ground floor. Plenty of outside space. It had all we needed and close enough to walk into town to eat but away from traffic. We would book again.

We had four lovely weeks in this house, just 15 min walk into town taking the tunnel rout, Aldi and the Katmandu curry house close by, a lovely park 5 min walk away where the U3A group meet up for a game of petanque, and a bus stop close by if you don't want to walk back from town.
We were also well looked after by Particia our host and her very artistic mother.
All in all we highly recommended a stay there, we will definately be back for another stay.

Everything just as expected. Patricia takes great care to provide everything that is needed for the perfect holiday. Great location very close to the beach yet easy walk into the centre of Dénia. Will definitely return
