Villa construction 2015/2016 for holidays located south of the island of São Miguel, in Paradise Street, Nª 33 in Candelaria parish, 15 minutes from the center of Ponta Delgada, 5 minutes of super markets, restaurants and cafes, is 3 minutes from the restaurant (the RAIÃO) well known, throughout the island of São Miguel to contain typical food of the region.
Villa fully furnished and equipped to meet all your needs. It includes TV and wireless Internet, air conditioning.
We provide bath and beach towels, linen and weekly cleaning.

Very nice house with modern decor. The house is new, clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious, well equipped, with car parking. Owner very nice despite our arrival in the middle of the night. Walk to the store is nice, but worse back (uphill). I recommend it for tourists with rented car. Photos in the announcement are true. I would highly recommend this house!Darek
