Location, price.

The air conditioning being constantly switched off after cleaning and really hot room which took a long time to cool down. Also received the note to turn off the air con whilst the window was open. However, it wasn’t me opening the window just the cleaners (I assume). A tad frustrating

Near the beach. Little old fashion but the building is beautiful. Parking lot available. Restaurants shopping public transport all near by. The owners are very kind.

Ottima posizione, dietro il lungomare, a due passi da tutto. La camera era adeguata, una singola ampia con bagno grande. C'era anche qualcosa per colazione.

Prezzo non proprio competitivo, ma siamo sempre in Versilia ad agosto.

Cordialità e disponibilità super

La proprietaria sempre disponibile e molto cordiale. Gli spazi comuni sono molto confortevoli. Tutte le mattine vengono lasciate in camera le cose per fare colazione (fette biscottate, biscotti, marmellate, Nutella e cialde del caffè) senza alcun sovrapprezzo.

Molto bello, posizione ottima

Posizione ottima, vicinissimo al lungomare e anche alla spiaggia libera. La struttura è molto bella, con una veranda al primo piano ad uso comune stupenda: noi ci abbiamo fatto colazione con cibo portato da noi + qualcosa fornito da loro. Camera molto bella e comoda, noi eravamo in una tripla con letto matrimoniale, letto singolo, frigoriferino, bagno con doccia... Ottimo, consigliato

Caldo e accogliente

Mi è piaciuta la stanza, soprattutto il climatizzatore silenzioso, perché ho scelto un weekend molto molto caldo e ci voleva, le pulizie veramente curate, diciamo che abbiamo usufruito solo la notte perché poi di giorno eravamo al mare, vicinissimo alla spiaggia e alla passeggiata lungomare, la signora molto gentile e accogliente, nulla da eccepire.

Dato che l’angolo con il lavabo ad armadio e poco sfruttabile, aggiungerei magari un forno, o un mini cucinino così è più sfruttabile.
