About this apartment rental
This is the "Beautiful Sunrise" view from our balcony.!! The apartment is a large and spacious top floor penthouse studio apartment situated directly on La Cala beach.
The scenery therefore is beautiful and stunning with Panoramic Beach, Sea and Mountain views.. It’s private and beautiful pool/garden area has direct access to the beach!! This apartment is clean, homely and comfortable and adequately accommodates 2 to 3 people.Free wifi and English TV is supplied.The apartment has been a family holiday home for the past 28 years and not just a basic rental property! (we are also very flexible on arrival and departure days out of the summer season) There is a small supermarket and restaurant a few yards from the apartment. The beach restaurants are also very reasonable and offer local catches of the day! La Cala Golf Club is also close by and the town offers a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The picturesque town of La Cala is also conveniently placed to visit other areas on the Costa del Sol, should you have your own transport. Alternatively, there are regular buses running along most of the coast or if you are looking to just chill out! This is the perfect venue! (Certified by Junta Andalucia. VFT/MA/30585

Absolutely beautiful apartment on the top floor of a large but quiet block. Stunning views over the bay ,La Cala and mountains. The apartment is well equipped with plenty of space ,ideal for one or two people.It's also ideal if you haven’t got a car as in close proximity to everything..several large supermarkets ,La Cala village Wednesday and Saturday market and numerous restaurants from day to day to high end and cafes are all within easy walking distance. Large pool and well kept gardens and a stones throw to the beach.I can’t praise this accommodation highly enough and the owner is an absolute joy to deal with..Brilliant stay…thanks.

A lovely studio apartment in La Cala. Short and lovely walk from centre of town and also directly on boardwalk so great for those that like a morning walk/run. Fran was very helpful through the booking and beyond. Beautiful views.

First time staying at Fran's home from home, very clean, fantastic view/location. La Cala is very Spanish, friendly and for lovers of fish........ Heaven! All is as advertised and would return with no hesitation. My only observation is, if like me and struggle with night time temperatures, 28-30 whilst we were there, the air-con is a small portable unit, I was uncomfortable, on the other hand my partner had no difficulty sleeping at all!! But I must stress I struggle with summer temperatures in England so this is in no way a complaint. Thank you Fran for allowing us to use your beautiful home.
