You hear the elevator a LOT. It's hard to sleep, needs to get insulated.

Sa situation, et fonctionnelle
La cage d’escalier quasi en face de l’appartement ( pas de respect des locataires ou propriétaires pour monter ou descendre et cri).
De plus il y a eu un dégât des eaux (ascenseur HS, le risque de glissade et pas d’électricité dans la cage d’ascenseur.
