The apartment is really a room with an en suite. It was very clean and had everything I needed.
I had to ask for the wifi. The host should leave a note with details in the apartment. Also instructions to use the TV would have been helpful.

L’appartement est fonctionnel et bien situé surtout pour le travail. Dommage pour le repos!
Sa situation, et fonctionnelle
La cage d’escalier quasi en face de l’appartement ( pas de respect des locataires ou propriétaires pour monter ou descendre et cri). De plus il y a eu un dégât des eaux (ascenseur HS, le risque de glissade et pas d’électricité dans la cage d’ascenseur.

Je suis cliente de Booking.com depuis de nombreuses années et effectue toujours mes réservations d’hébergement via votre plateforme, comme en témoigne mon historique. Je n’ai jamais eu à formuler de réclamation auparavant, même en présence de petits désagréments. Cependant, la situation rencontrée lors de ma dernière réservation dépasse. L’appartement était dans un état lamentable et indigne d’une annonce sur votre plateforme : – saleté généralisée, – cheveux sur le canapé-lit, qui n’était même pas monté (contrairement aux photos), – odeur forte d’égouts dans la salle de bain, – moisissures visibles, – poussière épaisse sur les encadrements et vitres, – toiles d’araignée au plafond, – douche envahie de calcaire et de moisi, – lavabo bancal et dangereux, – et pour finir : le linge de lit était sale, visiblement non lavé, avec une odeur désagréable d’humidité et de négligence. L’appartement dégageait une impression générale d’abandon, de malpropreté chronique et de manque total d’entretien. Il ne s’agit pas d’un oubli ou d’un simple oubli de ménage : le logement était dans un état d’insalubrité manifeste.
