Die Wohnung ist topp und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr.
Eine der besten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je hatten.
Die Wohnung liegt nicht ganz so günstig, um Paris zu besuchen.
Teilweise brauchten wir bis zu einer Stunde um nach Hause zu kommen, weil die Bahn komplett gesperrt war und die Metro auch ausgefallen war, sodass wir für 38 € mit dem Taxi nach Hause fahren mussten.

The property is spacious, comfortable and quiet. It is on floor 5 (top floor) of the building with a large elevator coming from the basement parking. Good wifi, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of lights and plugs, steel shutters completely black out the bedrooms from the sun in the morning. Very secure building.
The patio is great and looks out over town and lots of forest--very pleasant, faces west for nice sunsets.
Air conditioning in the living room and the larger bedroom...fan in the smaller bathroom.
Good water pressure in the showers.
The owner is quite a traveler and has a number of souvenirs from rather exotic places scattered around.
There are a number of small and large groceries on the main street (which is two blocks away) as well as restaurants and bakeries--take care, though, the large groceries close at 8:00 pm although the smaller stores are open later.
It's easy to find (pay attention to the host's instructions for GPS to the garage, versus the front entrance if you don't have a car).
The private parking space in the basement is a little hard to maneuver in and out of--We had a Fiat 600 and anything much bigger would be more tricky!
This is a very good base for going to Versailles, Giverney, "Miniature France" (VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), Sevres (with the national ceramics museum, which is large and very good) and other sites. It's about an hour to Chartres.
A good trick for visiting Versailles: It is a mob scene until the "bus people" come pouring out at 4:00 and 80% of the crowds have cleared out of the Hall of Mirrors and apartments. Go see the fountains and Trianon area first!
The dryer does not work. The apartment does have two large drying racks and there is plenty of space in the living room for them.
