We stayed here for three nights and everything was excellent .we loved the place and it had easy access to the public transport .I would like to reccomend this place to anybody .very clean and everything was perfect .Checking in was smart and easy.we had all the pans,pots and equipment needed for the kitchen .

Stray kids lollapalooza Paris

Beautiful clean apartment perfect for myself and daughter. Great for the weekend we were there to see Stray Kids at lollapalooza Paris! Host was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Only thing you have to think about if you have no idea of Paris is its sometimes hard to get ubers to the apartment especially if it's late at night.

Good

Clean, much cleaner than average. Location is ok, quiet, nice balcony. Everything is there for cooking (but who will cook in Paris?) Overall good value for money.

The towels and bed linen can be in better condition. There was no big bath towel, only two small ones. No toiletries except 2 tubes of toothpaste and a liter of diluted soap (really, like water). The big pillow is too huge, the small is tiny, I realized that there is a small one only the second night and before slept without the pillow at all. If you decide to cook, you’ll have problem to eat, the chairs are very uncomfortable and too tall. I only had coffee in the morning and even for that you can’t really use the chair. Balcony is an option, but also not very comfortable. Another issue is communication with the host. Before checking out I received the message that I “should leave the place as I found it” and for that “there is a mop”. I understood that I really need to clean the place. After asking it was resolved. Also funny that they ask to rate only if you rate it over 8 :D So my rate is to give a lesson. Don’t be impolite with your guests! If you address my comments you’ll be able to raise your rating end eventually the price.

It is a nice place for a couple. No more than that.

New building well located out of busy areas

We booked the property for 4 people and space was not enough. The sofa bed was supposed to be double and it was just a single. When opening the bed (it was boxed), there was no space for the opened sofa bed. We ended up placing the sofa bed in the bathroom and a single air mattress (we brought it just in case) under the table. It was ridiculous! we didn’t have the information of the Wi-Fi. It was sent by text message after we asked for it.

The owner is a fraud, she has put up this apartment for 4 people where there was only one bed and no sofa! Only a poor mattress measuring 150cmx1.50cm, which was so hopeless it felt as if you were lying on the floor

we only slept there and for the rest the location is not the best location to be honest. I am very dissapointed for the

it was very small the appartement was smaller than on the photos.

we got a bill from €100 for broken the vase of the flowers also she told us that we leaved it dirty but it wasn't true we cleaned it and leaved it correctly so watch out! she also couldn't show us pictures from the dirt when we asked for it. the vase I wanted to pay for unfortunately it can happen. we don't have to pay anymore the €100 but are also not welcome anymore I already told her I want to pay the vase but not something that isn't true. and to be honest we don't want to come back anymore.

Bâtiment propre et sécurisé. Check in et check out autonomes. Studio très fonctionnel avec petit balcon. Condiments de base à disposition. Articles de toilette. Linge de toilette et torchons en nombre suffisant. Proximité transports en commun et commerces.

La propreté du logement, la rue agréable, la communication facile avec la propriétaire.

Logement situé un petit peu loin du RER, obligeant à prendre un taxi. Mais je mets ce petit inconvénient en sourdine.
