I recommend choosing accommodations with payment via Booking.com.

The location is beautiful, quiet, we have been going to this area for many years, but we recommend choosing other accommodation if you want to experience a peaceful holiday.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience, the owner charged us additional fees even though they should have been included in the price of the stay. He demanded payment in cash and also separately on account. Nowhere in the accommodation description does it say that the apartment must be completely cleaned upon departure - completely. Waste sorting is a given, this is stated directly in the apartment. However, the owner requires complete cleaning so that it is not known that anyone was there. And this despite the fact that he requires 140 EURO for cleaning during a week's stay. Moreover, he does not inform us anywhere that the price for cleaning is not final, but arbitrarily decides to increase the price for cleaning - he cleans himself. Although we left the apartment in good condition, we did not dirty, break, or damage anything, we sorted the waste, yet the cleaning cost us a total of 270 EURO because in his opinion, the floor was not completely vacuumed. We do not recommend this accommodation to anyone if you do not want to lose money.

Large apartment, well equipped, in a quiet residential location

The apartment was very large by Austrian standards, well equipped and in a quiet location. I enjoyed the residential setting, living amongst other Austrians rather than tourists.

I was disappointed to be disturbed by builders and decorators putting up scaffolding and starting work on the outside of the apartment and the building several days before we left. The terrace became totally unusable (which is a shame on warm and sunny evenings) and the work became intrusive at times. A toaster would be a nice addition but this is a small point.

Excellent quiet location away from main tourist areas. Easy access to town and supermarket via a flat walking track along the river. Very spacious apartment with outstanding facilities and modern washing machine.

Świetna lokalizacja, cicho i spokojnie, skibus bardzo blisko i miejsce super skomunikowane z ośrodkami narciarskimi: Sportgastein, Bad Gastein i Bad Hofgastein. Apartament ładnie urządzony, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wielki plus za osobną toaletę i łazienkę, było cieplutko.

Stanowczo zbyt wysoka opłata za sprzątanie, zawsze zostawiamy miejsce czyste( choć pewnie nie wszyscy), ale 70euro za wymianę pościeli i odkurzenie mieszkania to przesada. Przydałaby się również nowa pościel. Byliśmy tydzień 4 dorosłe osoby i mieliśmy 3 rolki papieru toaletowego, nie było w kuchni ręczników papierowych, kupiliśmy w pobliskiej Billi, ale to chyba powinno być zapewnione.

100% Zufriedenheit, Erholung & frische Luft

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft – diesmal das erste Mal zu dritt mit unserem Neugeborenen. :) Der Vermieter war unglaublich zuvorkommend, sodass es uns bei der Ankunft an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Lage ist ideal: Ein Billa ist fußläufig (ca. 15 min.) erreichbar und es gibt wunderschöne Spaziermöglichkeiten (auch mit Kinderwagen). Besonders gut hat uns der Weg entlang der Kaiserin-Elisabeth-Promenade nach Bad Gastein gefallen. Die ruhige Wohngegend und die Sauberkeit des Apartments sind ebenfalls hervorzuheben. Wir kommen bestimmt auch ein drittes Mal wieder – vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes Appartement mit Terrasse und Garten zum draußen sitzen! Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe, was mit Kindern & Gepäck wirklich praktisch ist! Einrichtung sehr modern, alles top sauber und wirklich sehr geräumig für 4 Personen. Abwicklung unkompliziert, einfache & v.a. flotte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Danke, werden auf jeden Fall nochmals kommen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit gepflegter Unterkunft.

Die Lage war spitze, man war schnell in den Nebenortschaften. Die Größe der Wohnung war für 3 Personen ausreichend. Man hatte in der Küche alles was man braucht. Es gab gratis WLAN. Die Gegend war ruhig und man hatte seine Ruhe. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Ich würde diese Unterkunft meinen Freunden und Bekannten weiterempfehlen und wenn ich wieder ins Gasteinertal fahre, dann wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

Es gab für uns keine Mängel bzw. gab es nichts Negatives von unserer Seite.
