A stunning location with a great host

- The location is absolutely wonderful, surrounded by awesome mountain views. - The breakfast provided was amazing and delicious. - We also appreciated that the host was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed for our stay.

- Our main disappointment was the bathroom. The apartment was advertised as having a "private external bathroom," but this was misleading. While the bathroom was external and had our room number on it, it was not private at all. It wasn't lockable from the outside, and it was clear that everyone was able to enter and use it. - We also found it inconvenient to have to go to a hotel nearby for breakfast every morning. - Also, just a heads-up for future guests: The private parking has a daily fee ($8 per day, as stated in the listing). It is mentioned in the fine print, but we missed it when booking, so it's good to factor that into your budget.

Great apartment for family.

Everything comes with free car parking and garden at the back with exception view at the river and the apartment has everything a family need like kitchen + washing machine + 3 rooms + living room + view at the mountains its even has many different toys for the children

The location given for the opposite hotel which am supposed to collect the key is not exactly as it said that its opposite and the name of the hotel given is not showing on the building I had to look 1 hour for it till I found it.

well situated apartment

The apartment is well situated, a short walk to supermarket, Stubnerkogel cable car, bus stop and spa. You can park directly in front of the house. There is a restaurant on the corner.

We were in Gastein apartment and there was basically everything you need, but, I has to say, it looks better in the pictures as it is in real. Some parts of the equipment are old, I found them functional, but the apartement in total not so much comfortable. To access the bathroom you have to pass through the bedroom, what is disturbing. The hall and the staircaise in the house smells somewhat stale. We missed the written informations about the house (wifi code etc) and the town in the apartment. I did not obtain the Gastein guest cards on the check-in, I have to ask for them later, after I realized we could use them for the cable car and the bus.

Pleasant stay but would not go again as Bad Gastein is close to becoming a ghost town. Lost glory.

Trevlig lägenhet, men var uppmärksamma på vad som ingår i bokningen.

Trevligt inrett, bra läge nära lift och affär. Välutrustat kök, varmt och bekvämt.

Beskrivningen var inte tydlig och vi utgick från att vi skulle hyra hela bottenvåningen med 3 riktiga sovrum och två badrum. Vi fick bara ett badrum, vilket är lite för 6 bäddar, och ett av sovrummen var barnrum med våningssäng och bäddsoffa. Dessutom fick vi bara en nyckel att disponera vilket var krångligt när man är många med olika tider. Vi kunde hänga nyckeln i receptionen i hotellet på andra sidan gatan, men det var inte smidigt. Fler nycklar alternativt nyckelskåp med kod vid dörren skulle underlätta mycket.

Bad im Flur, aber dennoch nur für uns Wasserkocher gefährlich, bitte austauschen Keine Privatsphäre, wenn man die Gardinen aufmacht, da man direkt an der Straße ist Für den Preis war es aber ok

Csodálatos apartman nagyobb családoknak, kisebb társaságnak.

Mi túrázni érkeztünk, sétatávolságon belül már indulnak is a túraútvonalak. De síeléshez is ideális, mert a központi felvonó szintén 3 perc sétára található. 2 perc a Spar élelmiszerbolt is. A kertben nyáron lehet grillezni, a kert végében gyönyörű a patak.

Az előszoba világításnak nincs kapcsolója, csak mozgásérzékelővel működik - ez okozott kis fejtörést.

Pobyt domácích mazlíčků v ceně neplatí.

Apartmán byla v podstatě uzamčená ložnice s TV a varnou konvicí.Chyběla třeba lžička k hrnkům na kávu.Celá místnost je prosklená směrem do ulice takže musí být celý den zataženo závěsi pokud nechcete být jako v akváriu.Nedostatečné osvětlení interiéru značně stěžuje pobyt.Na bookingu jsme zakoupili dvě noci kde se uvádí, že pobyt zahrnuje pobyt domácích mazlíčků.Po otevření otazníků s vysvetlivkami je uvedeno, že ubytování nebude účtovat žádný poplatek.Bohužel byl před odjezdem nepříjemně vyžadován s tím, že se platí vždy.Platbu jsme odmítli, ale stálo nás to půl hodiny času.Po cestě domů nám přišla zpráva od paní Ludmili, že jsme to nepochopili a místo hádání se jsme si měli přečíst podmínky. ,, Pobyt zahrnuje pobyt domácích mazlíčků"nešlo pochopit jinak, než že je pobyt v ceně.Asi je to tím kdo apartmány provozuje.

web checkin verwirrend, besser gleich zum lindenhof gegründet gehen, die wissen bescheid- dort super freundlicher empfang dort konnten welt auch die fahrräder über nacht unterstellen

Für Radurlauber perfekt

Alles sehr geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtet. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir über Nacht in einem separaten Raum abstellen. Für ein sehr nettes Gespräch am Morgen wurde sich auch noch Zeit genommen. Vielen Dank

Für 2 Nächte durchaus zu empfehlen

Das Bad war über den Gang, aber für uns alleine, es gab keinen Kühlschrank und nur Gläser und Tassen - so wirklich in der Unterkunft essen war schwierig. Ansonsten alles da, was man braucht und eine sehr gute Lage - wenn auch nicht ganz so einfach zu finden ;-)
