Great accomodation and excellent for the price. Lots if hot water.

Couple of chipped mugs. All good otherwise. As was expected for the price. A little out of town but we got the last bus into the town and had a nice walk back after dinner & drinks.

Viele Top-Bewertungen – unsere Erfahrung war leider eine andere

Wir haben das Apartment „Die Alte Schmiede“ im Dezember '25 gebucht. Die Lage in Bad Bruck zwischen Bad Hofgastein und Bad Gastein ist praktisch: Skibushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Restaurant gegenüber, Dorfladen in der Nähe.

Leider entsprach der Zustand der Unterkunft nicht unseren Erwartungen. Uns nicht bewusst, dass das „alt“ im Namen sehr wörtlich zu nehmen ist. Schon bei der Ankunft fiel auf, dass Sauberkeit und Zustand der Ausstattung deutlich zu wünschen übrig lassen. Spülschwamm, Klobürste und sogar der Schlüsselanhänger waren stark verschmutzt. Die Kissen waren sehr alt und zusammengedrückt; beim Versuch, zwei Kissen zu einem brauchbaren zu kombinieren, stellten wir fest, dass die Inlays stark fleckig waren. Unserer Bitte nach zwei neuen Kissen wurde zwar nachgekommen, allerdings ohne Entschuldigung und mit spürbar unterkühlter Stimmung, verbunden mit dem Hinweis auf die sonst guten Bewertungen. Die Küche ist zwar grundsätzlich ausgestattet, jedoch sehr zusammengewürfelt: passendes Besteck muss man mühsam suchen, die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, es gab lediglich eine Crêpepfanne ohne Rand oder eine sehr große Pfanne, beides für 2 Personen ungeeignet. Die Spülmaschine spülte nicht sauber, der Kühlschrank hatte kein Licht, und verbrauchte Teelichter standen noch in den Kerzenhaltern. Das Olivenöl im Küchenschrank war vor vier Monaten abgelaufen. Armaturen in Küche und Bad waren undicht, was permanentes Nachwischen bzw. einen tropfenden Wasserhahn zur Folge hatte. Der Hinweis darauf wurde mit der derzeitigen Schwierigkeit, Handwerker zu bekommen, kommentiert. Hinzu kamen muffiger Geruch (überdeckt durch starke Duftspender), schmutzige Vorhänge im Bad, verschmutzte Polster im Wohnzimmer sowie ein Ofen für den lediglich zwei Scheite Holz bereitlagen. Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist sehr steil, die Deckenhöhe insgesamt niedrig. Zudem blieb die Wohnung während unseres Aufenthalts eher kühl. Im oberen Bereich, dem Schlafzimmer, gibt es keine Heizkörper. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht, weshalb wir die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen können.

Vydařené zimní prázdniny

Ubytování bylo vyhovující, ale pro 4 dospělé osoby a 2 děti bylo celkem málo místa, rozložená pohovka v obývací místnosti spojené s kuchyňským koutem, zabírala hodně místa a ubírala tak pocit komfortu, také není vhodná a pohodlná pro 2 dospělé osoby, zdálo se nám nevhodné nechávat spát děti v dolním prostoru na pohovce, proto spaly nahoře, horní prostor není zvukově oddělen. Parkování, zastávka skibusu hned u domu asi 20 m, menší obchod asi 300 m, restaurace naproti domu asi 50 m. V blízkosti jsou 3 lyžovací střediska, nejsou propojená lanovkami. Nejvíce jsme lyžovali v Dorf Bad Gasteinu.

Świetna lokalizacja, zaraz obok ski busu i piekarni. Cisza i spokój. Możliwość parkingu tuż przed wejściem.
