Very welcoming staff, and great location, close to south beach and car park. Amazing breakfast.

Great location close to South Beach; and only a 5 minute walk to the town centre and a 10 minute walk to North Beach. There was a fridge in my room. Breakfast was really good. The owner Lisa was very friendly and easy to deal with:
Nothing not to like. I was on the top floor so mobility was important. The seagulls were a bit noisy but no issue.

We loved the breakfast, the friendly staff and the location. Portion sizes and quality of food were excellent.
The shower door needed some attention.

Comfy bed and clean room and breakfast was great too , also hosts very friendly
The room was on 4th floor , no lifts so a long haul with cases , very small room
