Beautifully maintained property in a great location - you can walk to all of Tennyson attractions. Parking was convenient. The rooms were well appointed and the staff were terrific - they went out of their way to find a fan and small fridge to help us cope with the heatwave conditions. Breakfast options were all very good.
Breakfast service commenced at 0830, just a touch later than we’d prefer, but that is only a minor concern.

Clean and spotless and close to south beach and town
Covid has finished. Breakfast served in a basket at your door not good at all, in-fact felt like p…. service. Must have dining room with proper breakfast and facilities which they have room for. You pay a lot of money but don’t get what other B & B offer…… so need a breakfast bar serving proper breakfast in the correct surroundings
