Nice room, lovely decor, great location, breakfast was really good
A bit dated in areas such as corridors, carpets etc. no soap for the jams basin. room a bit small but this was reflected in the price.

Great location, good nights sleep. Really friendly and helpful staff/owner. Big spread for breakfast.
Room was very hot, which is fine, but couldn’t open the window too wide due to seagulls. Fan provided. So in hindsight maybe two fans would have helped.

The staff were friendly and very helpful the breakfast was lovely and lots of choice aswell , my doggy loved it , we had a fan , hairdryer and iron in the room that was wicked and very helpful
The only thing was on the last night a crack was in the selling and we could here drip drip no water came through we told the staff the next day they were going to sort it out , the tv kept going off but I do think that is a signal thing otherwise we were very happy

Location was fantastic & breakfast was lovely, staff friendly
Was very disappointed with our room, was very small & basic, it was clean but in need of a refurb, a lick of paint & a bit of tlc, was expensive I think for the standard of room
