Excellent staff room with a sea view excellent exceptional food breakfast was great outstanding delicious staff were very nice helpful very polite excellent customer service big shout out to a gentleman staff member Martin who was excellent looked after us in the evening highly recommend the food room and hotel will definitely be going back soon thank you for a enjoyable lovely stay

Stayed at Imperial for one night, great welcome, room spotless and modern. Lovely view over town and partial sea view from top floor.
Evening meal was great, staff so attentive. Breakfast fabulous with great choice.
Will be booking again soon.

I absolutely adore this hotel! The room has a very nice carpet with very clean, modern interior and high ceiling. The room comes with a Dyson hair dryer which is a plus! There's also ample space in the room, making our stay here very comfortable! The location is also very great, which is within 10 minutes walk away to the Tenby Castle. I also like the hotel restaurant that has a open viewing deck to the ocean. Overall, if you are looking for a clean and modern-looking, newly refurbished hotel in Tenby, I highly recommend this hotel to you!
