Breakfast was good quality, plentiful, and a mix of cereal, toast and full English. The bed was very comfortable and it was easy to let yourself in and out. The rooms are dated but it was clean,
The bathroom was a little more than outdated, it was in need of a refurbishment or replacement. We had read the reviews which said what to expect and I think most of them didn’t reflect overall how reasonable the property was considering we only spent the night sleeping and breakfast there but the bathrooms let them down.

The owners was genuinely friendly and would regularly speak to us at breakfast. Very helpful and really lovely people we would definitely recommend.
Nothing except we was on the top floor lol. But I suppose someone has to be.
