Great location, a house perfect for family with kids, shaded patio and the garden we basically spent all our house time at.
The house was rarher old which was totally fine, but there were a few things worth fixing. For example some of the stove burners were not working properly, the drain in the upstairs bathroom was clogged, there was no warm water running in the bathrooms for a few days. All in all, they were small things, but worth handling.
