On colder days your villa can be heated with underfloor heating. The entrance leads over 1 step directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 40 sqm and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 12 persons. You have access to the terrace. 2 bedrooms each 20 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 10 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each 20 sqm and with 3 single beds. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed. 2 bathrooms each 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
