Charming holiday house for 10 - 12 persons in Ljutići, near the town Malinska. This rustically arrangedhouse has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 guest toilettes. Spacious outdoor area with swimming pool (34 sqm) offers a terrace with barbecue area and some children amenities - it all surrounded with greenery and offering maximum privacy. We spent a very pleasant week in a very beautiful villa. The house il well equiped. The air conditionners were efficient. The pool was great also. A car is needed to go to the beach ; public parking at fair price is available. Very good experience for our first time in Croatia.
