This spacious stone house is the perfect choice for large families or groups of friends (up to 12 people) looking to escape the summer crowds while remaining just a short drive (about 1.5 km) from the sea, beaches, and the centre of Malinska.

Upstairs, three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure plenty of space and privacy for the entire group. All rooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable stay.

Great house and swimming pool. Plenty of privacy. We were a group of 12 and we had really great time. Good restaurants and within a walk of 15 to 20 minutes from the house.

Beautiful villa, very spacious and modern.
Pool and outside area were lovely too. Very private.
Location was very good, close to the supermarkets and town of Malinska. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes or 3 minutes in the car.
Sol Tours were very accommodating, helpful and very responsive. Would recommend both the agency and the villa, and will be planning to come back next year.
