Comoda posizione, in pochi minuti si raggiungono il lago, il supermercato, gli impianti e diversi percorsi percorribili a piedi. Vicino anche al centro del paese
Migliorerei il bagno, sprovvisto di specchio illuminato, anche se i sanitari non sono vecchi, curerei un pochino di più questa parte della casa con un mobiletto da bagno più nuovo
