About this villa rental
cottage D5 (see photo with written D5) with garden overlooking the sea on the splendid island of tavolara 100mt from the beach.
The village of Cala Paradiso consists of a group of terraced houses surrounded by greenery. The tranquility for your holiday is assured and if you want to have a game of tennis or soccer you can do it in the fields of the structure where you will also find a bar and restaurant.
If you wish to have an aperitif or 4 jumps in more exclusive clubs, the discos of Coda Cavallo and Puntaldia are a 2-minute drive away. Cala Paradiso is located south of the city of Olbia, 15 minutes from the Costa Smeralda airport and 20 minutes from the commercial port. The village is in front of the island of Tavolara, which can be reached by sea in a few minutes. The beach is only 150 meters away. To the south of the village, in order, you will find the magnificent beaches of Cala Brandinchi and La Cinta, the beach of S. Teodoro.
The house "D5" on two levels can accommodate up to 4-5 adults, consisting of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a living room, kitchen and a mezzanine served by a comfortable wooden staircase, equipped with two beds with wardrobe, it is also possible to add a third single bed. A large and furnished veranda with a splendid view of the sea and the island of Tavolara will cheer your relaxation.

A few steps from the houses you have the primary services: supermarket, bars, some shops and a disco.

Una casa non molto grande ma più che sufficiente per ospitare una famiglia. La casa ben tenuta è molto carina e curata nei dettagli. La cosa più bella è la vista mare un paesaggio mozzafiato. Il mare sotto casa è molto bello e si è vicini al centro di San Teodoro dove ci sono ristoranti e vita notturna

Wir haben im Juli 2018 zwei ganze Wochen in dieser Villa verbracht. Zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (7 und 9 Jahre). Die Lage der Villa ist wirklich super. Einige kleinere Buchten mit teilweise Sandstrand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man kann auch an den Felsen am Ufer entlang klettern und findet dann noch einige sehr schöne Stellen zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln. Größere Strände wie Salina Bamba oder Spiaggia Suaraccia sind zu Fuß in ca. 15 min erreichbar. Der berühmte Strand von Cala Brandinchi ist in ca. 30 min zu Fuß erreichbar, ist aber meistens ziemlich voll. Mit dem Auto kann man in kurzer Zeit noch einige andere tolle Strände in der Nähe erreichen. Unser Highlight war die Spaggia delle vacche, der wirklich einmalig schön ist und von Felsen umgeben ist auf die man klettern kann und von denen man auch ins Wasser springen kann. Eine Stelle war ca. 3m hoch. Es führt ein Fußweg von der Spiaggia Girgolu am Strand entlang. Man braucht dafür ca. 25 min.
Das Kondominium in dem die Villa liegt ist sehr gepflegt und es sind den ganzen Tag Gärtner unterwegs die sich um die Grünanlagen kümmern. Gleich nebenan befindet sich das „Cala Paradiso Residence Hotel“, das auch ein Restaurant hat das wir einige Male besucht haben.
Die Villa selber ist nicht sehr groß, aber funktional eingerichtet. Es ist eine Waschmaschine und eine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Die Küche ist etwas klein. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie die Nachttischlampen über den Betten oder das TV haben nicht funktioniert. Die Vermieterin hat versprochen sich darum zu kümmern. Die Terasse vor der Villa ist den ganzen Tag im Schatten und hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Inseln Tavolara und Molara. Zwei schöne Liegen laden zum Ausruhen ein. Es war die ganze Zeit extrem ruhig. Die Betten im oberen Halbstock sind für Kinder sehr gut geeignet.
Es hatte einige Mücken, wohl weil der Stagno von Salina Bamba nicht weit entfernt war.

La posizione della casa è invidiabile, la vista sull'intero golfo e sull’isola di Tavolara vale il prezzo della vacanza. Il prato è curatissimo…perfetto per i bambini ma anche per i momenti di relax degli adulti. La villetta è pulita, luminosa ed accogliente; la veranda fantastica. La nostra famiglia ha soggiornato in questa villa la settimana di Pasqua e spero vivamente di tornarci a settembre . Tutto semplicemente meraviglioso.
We all had a great holiday ! Lovely place for kids and adults. Sardegna is a very attractive region with its unspoilt beaches, gorgeus nature and the most delicious Italian food. I came here when I was young…I can’t go anywherelse. It’s simply the best!!
