What we liked + Excellent location. This is the main and strongest advantage of the property. + Spaciousness. The apartment is really large, with plenty of room for a comfortable stay. + Appliances and kitchen. Having two air conditioners is a huge plus, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

What we didn't like: - Smell and noise. The place reeks of cigarette smoke. It is very noisy both from the street and from the neighbors. The soundproofing is weak, you can hear disco at night and a bar nearby. On top of that, one of the AC units is extremely loud. - Maintenance flaws. The toilet door doesn't close, which causes discomfort. The sink is very inconvenient to use, and the only knife in an otherwise fully equipped kitchen was completely dull. - The host was unwelcoming. Overall verdict: This place is suitable if location and space matter more to you than quietness and fresh air.

Il check in si fa andando a prendere le chiavi in un ristorante. La camera è arredata con un'accozzaglia di mobili vecchi e nuovi. Sparsi in giro ci sono mazzi di fiori finti agghiaccianti. Letti scomodi. Bagno sporco e vecchio. Porte scrostate Prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto la qualità dell'alloggio.
