Luxurious 3BR Apartment W Stunning views

The property is well suited to a group of 6 people. The apartment has two balconies, where you can sit and enjoy the city view. Three of the four rooms have air conditioning. Two bathrooms make morning logistics quite simple. The kitchen is sufficient to prepare breakfast or even lunch. The apartment is not far from the city centre, but it is at the top of a hill. Thus, walking is not always a pleasant option, especially when it's hot or rainy. However, there is a bus stop very close, so with proper planning you can easily reach downtown (walking down the hill is, of course, an option). The Metro Avlabar and Sameba church are close by. There are some groceries and a bakery nearby too (close to Sameba church).

The locations was nice, a short walk away from pretty much any place you want to reach in the center - 10 to 15 minutes. The nearby area is great for parking - a lot of free spaces to park, no zonal parking to worry about (you need phone number and app for that). The apartment itself is big, modern. The two separate bathrooms are nice. All appliences are present (washer, iron, etc). The shower water was fine, tho I had to unclog the drain, but thats a minute fix. AC works well, in the summer its indinspensible in Tbilisi.

Nothing critical that would sour the stay. Comparatevly has important advantages. Good value for money.

The staff were exceptional, especially the people responsible for cleaning the apartment. Everything was absolutely spotless and perfectly prepared for our stay. Their attention to detail made a great impression on us. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay.

We experienced some issues with the hot water during our stay. Apart from that, everything else was very good.
