Чистота, удобное местоположение (центр старого города, экскурсии начинаются в трех минутной шаговой доступности, наличие рядом вкусных ресторанчиков и магазинов), удобные кровати, наличие стиральной машины, кухни.
В зимнее время в ванной комнате холодно. Кровать на 160 см расположена в гостиной, совмещенной с кухней, нет приватности.

Были в Тбилиси с 27.10 по 02.11 2025г. Хозяйка квартиры, Ирма- изумительная, связалась с нами моментально после бронирования. Очень четко дала все инструкции по заселению. Квартира - очень удобно расположена, теплая, с прекрасным видом, тихая и очень чистая! Кровати, кресла,ванная комната со стиральной машиной, кухня- все отличное, чистое и удобное. Нам понравилось всё! Ирма, спасибо огромное за гостеприимство! До новых встреч! 10/10

Прекрасное местоположение, отличные хозяева, заселились самостоятельно. В квартире чисто, стильно. Рекомендую!!!вернулись бы сюда с радостью.
