Good situation. Spacious. Comfy bed. Most equipment inside worked.
It wasn't particularly clean, oven hadn't been cleaned, some crockery hadn't been washed properly and there was a layer of dust on some surfaces. Rubbish bin outside was full.
Small fridge, small heater, TV kept going off (losing connection). Bathroom door broken, hole in bathroom floor under vynal floor by sink, shower went cold every couple of minutes. Water pressure was slow.
Some damp.
Front door was hard to lock and unlock.
USB bedside light but nowhere to plug it in.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!
This is a cabin in the woods as described and was probably nice many years ago but is now run down and not looked after at all.
The cabin smells of damp and clearly has a major issue that needs to be fixed. I had seen this in previous reviews but was hoping it would have been taken care of but no!
The bed and sofa bed need to be thrown out and replaced the bedding was disgusting and dirty and the bed sheet had hair and stains on it and clearly been used and not cleaned. The sofa bed is not suitable as a bed and you’re basically sleeping on the floor. The towels are the size of a flannel and like sand paper. The glasses and cutlery were dirty and there is general lack of cleaning happening before guest arrive and this is not acceptable or fair to guests!

The location was good, it was near monkey worls and a short drive to the beach. The host was quick in getting back to me.
The shower only stayed warm for 20 seconds, it was hard to find the place with no real directions given (the satnav takes you the opposite direction with the postcode provided) there was no baking tray for the oven, the front door was very stiff and hard to lock, the fold out bed was ripped and not clean, the side lamp in the bedroom didnt work, the tap in the bathroom barely worked (the water dribbled out) and there were no instructions for the WiFi or how to work the oven.

There is almost everything you need for a wild camping.
The location is hard to find, couldn’t find it from the map. we’ve been sent the wrong key code, called many times no answer, text him and got the right code in the end. no information about WiFi password through booking message or email. The shower water keep burning my kids. there is only 2 camp in the woods,we’re the only one there for the first night,it’s a bit scary at night if you’re not used to the wild camping.

Great location for the activities we had planned. Situated in a wooded area used by off grid camper vans. Whilst decor may not have been perfect, everything was lovely and clean inside the cabin. We enjoyed sitting out on the bench for breakfast and take away meals.
We had a pleasant stay and would go again. As campers, our expectations were perhaps different to other reviewers. We had everything we needed for a 2 night break. Our trip was a late booking and this venue had availability at a good price for high season.
There was good WiFi, TV and radio, and a couple of heating units if needed.
Bed is a standard double and soft, not the best sleep if you’re used to more space. We took sleeping bags and our own pillows but bedding was provided along with towels and a spare one to use as a shower mat.
Not a lot of privacy in the bathroom area with a rickety folding door and open void above but fine for a couple. There are some plumbing issues but it’s possible to work around them. The water temperature in the shower is unstable but do-able with care (not recommended for a child). The water pressure in the small hand basin is poor and so we used the kitchen sink.
The kitchen had various utensils for simple food prep (no microwave or toaster). Would benefit from some decent sized mugs. There was gear to wash up although I’d recommend the host gets a new tea towel, which was clean but stained.

How close it was to the tank museum apartment from that nothing
There was cobwebs on the walls in the living room, bathroom shower could do with a makeover as you either got scalded with hot water or frozen where it was so cold, the sink you couldn’t even fill as the tap was so slow my husband could have weed quicker!! the seating when you sat on it you might as well just sit on the floor at the settee has seen better days, and the bed was not comfy at all

Good location for visiting Lulworth Cove
It was not worth the price that we paid and that is also the reason for all the other complaints as it has been held to a higher degree.
Sofa Bed - very uncomfortable
Smell - damp and dirty smell as soon as you walked in
WiFi - didn't work and had to contact owner to sort it. No WiFi the whole first night.
blind on the window in the bedroom was broken so light was let in
bed linen was filthy with stains and an unclean smell
floor was dirty with clear dust and hair on the floor.
kitchen utensils/sugar pots still dirty from previous use.
no plug to wash up in the sink
tumble dryer advertised but nothing in the cabin.
doors didn't feel secure and the price charged, could easily be updated.
no signage so it took an extra 20/30 mins trying to locate the cabin.

If you are going to the tank museum the location is just perfect. You need just one minute to go there and could even walk. Also to the coast the location is just fine.
For this small cabin the price is too high. In general, it was more or less clean, except the oven. The linen should be exchanged, it shows severe wear and stains and I was not sure at the beginning if it was even cleaned before, but it was. Some people might not like the dog hair that nevertheless were on it (this point for me is not relevant as we also have dogs, although we did not bring them). The sofa is definitively no additional sleeping location, as it is a disgusting wreck and should be thrown out. The small heater was fine to heat the small cabin, it was cold outside but nevertheless cosy. There was no shampoo and also the towels should be renewed. GCP coordinates to find the location would have helped.

The location
The noisy arrival of camper van who spent 15 minutes manouvering with reversing bleeper followed by an argument between the coupleand the half an hour of loud music

Location was fantastic. Peaceful at the weekend and access to Walks for the dog
Sofa bed falling apart. Only one hob worked on the stove. Some of the facilities it stated it had were not there ie no ironing facilities, no tumble dryer. Window blind in bedroom broken so wouldn't close fully. Pillows need to be replaced. Would benefit from a mat just inside the door to catch mud and dirty shoes. Also a matt to put down outside the shower. The heater was so small it didn't warm the cabin up at all. Tv would only work if you had access to streaming apps like Netflix or prime. There are some basic low costs additions the cabin would benefit from to improve the overall stay.

Aesthetically pleasing upon first glances, Distance to locations such as beaches & other attractions were great
Cleanliness could be better, bed sheets had a few stains, spiders webs & fairly large spiders in curtains & sofa bed, under the bed had various confectionary & dirt which all indicated not cleaned properly, sofa bed impractical & uncomfortable. Main bed was also not great for me causing broken sleep. Hot (even warm) water is limited making showering stressful rather than relaxing. Apart from the 2 cabins, nothing else around. We decided to call our 2 night stay short of the 2nd night and drive back late to get a good nights rest

Brilliant location and the owner was very helpful.
Bed was uncomfortable, could of done with curtains on the doors for more privacy and to stop the light on a morning and a little bit of TLC a few things inside were fairly worn out.

location was okay but was expecting more of a site ?
the cabin was filthy we had to check out at about 7 as we could not sleep there and had to purchase another hotel.
we contacted but have not received any messages back about it. furthermore, says there was heating but there was a small electric heater and the cabin was really cold.

We enjoyed driving away from it.
WARNING!
1. Less of a cabin, more of a damp tin shack.
2. Shoddy phone service, should’ve been stated.
3. Adjacent to road, plenty of traffic rumble.
4. Brown stains and bogeys on wall in bathroom.
Also, looks like Laurel & Hardy painted the place.
5. It’s filthy. Whoever is cleaning this property must be doing so blindfolded? The ape enclosure up the road at Money World is sparkling in comparison!
6. The sofa is atrocious, my back STILL hurts.
Which street alley did they take it from?!
7. I’ve never been to prison but I’d imagine the beds are comfier.
8. The shack door is a nightmare to open/close/lock, it’s stiffer than my back!
9. The shower is abysmal, it’s more of a weak trickle.
10. The TV is tiny and the sound is tinny like the shack itself. You’re better off listening to the radio provided - which doesn’t pick anything up anyway.

Good Location. The local contact was friendly and helpful.
I booked for 2 adults and 2 children which it says it can accommodate, the extra bed was a tiny couch that's thin cushions spread out on the floor. The only seating was the same couch. I wouldn't recommend it for a winter stay as the pipes froze (not their fault)and only one small bar heater.

The location is in a perfect secluded spot. The views are amazing and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.
There was nothing we didn’t like, we only wish that we couldn’t have stayed longer. And we know we will be back again.
