Amazing place up in the mountain

Beautiful setup and building, with a top restaurant one would not expect up there, excellent and very friendly service.

Be aware that the location might be shown wrong, search for the place at Google, not for the adress, it is around 5km from Fiulmalgo up the hill (for byciclist like us, 440Hm)

Exceptional

An absolute gem - we totally loved our stay in the beautiful mountains, far from other tourists. I found it difficult to find information about the on-site restaurant online but can confirm the food is delicious - a real Italian agroturismo! The restaurant is open on Friday, Saturday and Sundays for dinner and can provide breakfast throughout the week. It was busy and had a wonderful atmosphere on the Saturday night but was very quiet on the Sunday - we had the place to ourselves on Sunday evening. The open-air hot tub and sauna were stunning, overlooking the fantastic views. A real surprise - they even heated up the sauna especially for us one night when we were the only couple there! Thank you so much!

The TV in the restaurant on Saturday night was playing football very loudly, making it difficult to enjoy the company and conversation. Thank you for turning it down when we asked!

Il mio appartamento era molto caldo e accogliente!...forse dato che eravamo in 5 ...magari qualche posata in piu'...non bastavano per tutti!

Nel complesso positivo, ma potrebbe diventare ancora di più.

Immersi in un contesto tipico, tranquillo e piacevole. L’appartamento era accogliente e ben riscaldato, con acqua calda immediata e un Wi-Fi davvero funzionante. Per qualsiasi problema riscontrato si sono dimostrati subito disponibili e pronti ad aiutare. Colazione a buffet con una buona e ampia scelta; anche il ristorante, pur senza una vastissima proposta, offriva piatti buoni e curati.

Ci sono stati alcuni problemi e tengo a sottolineare che, una volta segnalati, si sono subito adoperati per risolverli nel limite delle loro possibilità. Per raggiungere l’hotel c’era ghiaccio ed era scivolosoi. Purtroppo il periodo non ha aiutato per: a fine anno c’era molto lavoro, anche se facevano comunque del loro meglio. Il letto matrimoniale era comodissimo, mentre il divano letto destinato ai bambini purtroppo era rotto e quindi molto scomodo per loro

Tutto perfetto!il panorama stupendo, l’appartamento super confortevole, il ristorante da leccarsi i baffi e ultimi - ma non per importanza- tutto lo staff e Simone sempre gentilissimi e disponibili!Un vero angolo di paradiso!

Terribile experience

A guardare dal sito posto incantevole che non risponde per nulla alla realtà.

La signora che ci ha accolto scortese e zero collaborativa... Rapporto qualità/prezzo, inammissibile; Igiene 0; Servizi pessimi. Abbiamo pagato €186, all'interno della struttura, non c'è una coperta da divano, una bottiglia di acqua, nessun elemento solido/liquido atto a poter fare colazione, niente di niente. Ovviamente essendo ad una certa altitudine era abbastanza freddino dentro se pur estate e per stare in po' sul divano abbiamo dovuto usare il piumone del letto. Abbiamo trovato dei calzini sporchi adiacente al divano e mi è stato detto che avendo 12 stanze a volte qualcosa sfugge😳😳😳, l'igiene in una struttura è la prima cosa che non trascuri, soprattutto se non è da 2 stelle.... Quando ho chiesto una bottiglia di acqua, che dovevo comunque comprare al ristorante, perché dopo tutti i disagi riscontrati, non hanno avuto nemmeno l'accortezza di offrire almeno quella, mi è stato risposto, qui va bene l'acqua dal rubinetto.... Vero è che era buonissima, ma non sono risposte che un host possa fare a un cliente.... Pattumiera del bagno usata e non svuotata; Involucro prodotti dentro il box doccia; Tutte cose che lasciano intendere, a parte la prova evidente che il locale non era stato pulito.... Qua la chiudo perche doveva essere una sera al volo speciale ed è stato un disastro....

Un posto da favola!!!

Colazione ottima e abbondante e molto comodo ritirarla la sera prima e la mattina avere tutto a disposizione nella propria stanza. Cena ottima servizio eccellente. E non ultimo, la possibilità di fare la colazione sul tavolo nello spazio all'aperto fuori dalla nostra stanza.
