Located ten minutes' drive from Bagni di Lucca, a busy town with its charming restaurants, bank and supermarkets Guzzano can be found in the hills above the hamlet. This house offers stunning views over the hills towards Lucca and is a comfortable space where you can chill out after a trip to Lucca or a longer day visiting Florence or Barga, a delightful fortress town further north of Bagni di Lucca.
There is a large garden with two patios. On the first patio you can enjoy a quiet breakfast or dinner and on the second you can enjoy a quiet breakfast whilst watching the sun rise above the hill behind the house. The first patio offers a canopy in the summer where you can relax throughout the day.
In the summer the kitchen on the lower ground floor offers a cool space from which you can escape the midday heat. It is well-equipped, cutlery, plates and so on. It also includes a fridge The rest of the white goods are in the utility room, a step away from the kitchen. The shower room is also located on this floor.
Located on the ground floor are the sitting room with a television (with Netflix) and the fourth bedroom with the bunk beds and single bed.
